We have a lovely Chinese lady who is very very keen on buying the house. She has been three times and had a QV valuer come yesterday. She had hoped he would have the report to her by the afternoon so she could come with an official offer. Her verbal offer sounds good so we will wait until Monday to see what happens. We sat and had coffee and chatted for about an hour. She had a lovely Irish man in his 80s with her. He has made an offer on our lounge suite that we will probably accept. Even though we might be able to get more for it, I just like the guy.
God is just blowing me away at the rapid speed everything is happening. I know that the house is not a done deal yet but I thought selling a house was supposed to be a major headache, God is so good and I just thank him for easing us through this.
