New contact in Bangalore

Our good friends who are going to be heading over to India with us and also happen to be nationals of Bangalore (huge bonus) have given us a contact of someone who is willing to give us some business advice. We have actually canceled the auditor at the moment until we can make sure we are doing everything properly and not paying $2500 for something we may not need. We are trying to sort out if it is better for us to open a subsidiary company as opposed to a branch office. We do not need to be audited for a subsidiary company but there are other processes we will need to go through. My mind is all a bit bamboozled by it all at the moment. Just when I thought I had it all sussed. I am going to let David do the direct contacting to India as I think it is better for the man to be in contact in the business world of India.
